1. Lie down on your back with your bum close to a couch or chair.
2. Place your feet/legs up, onto the couch, trying to keep your knees at 90 degrees.
3. Place a wrapped ice pack under your low back.
4. Relax. Do some deep breathing and try to let your spine and muscles melt into the floor.
5. Stay in the position for 15 to 20 minutes. Then get up and move around.
